Diving Equipment

Diving Suit   :     Diving Suits are one of the basic scubadiving equipments. The general purpose of these suits, which are made of a material called neopren, is to protect the divers from external effects and help them keep their body temperature. In general there are two types of diving suits, wet suits and dry suits. Wet suits are the ones that are used in recreational scuba diving. Dry suits are used in cold seas and cold seasons, generally in industrial dives.The main point in choosing a diving suit is to choose the one that fits the body of the diver. The hats and shoes are also can be considered as a part of the diving suit and will help the diver keep his body temperature and maintain protection from external effects. 

BC(Bouyancy Compensator Device) :  The bouyancy Compensatory Device, which is generally referred to as BC, is one of the key equipments in diving. It helps divers to maintain a neutral bouyancy underwater, and a positive bouyancy on the surface. As all the vital diving equipments are attached to BC's, the divers have to use the exact size that fit them and have to check carefully before diving. The main concentration of the diving education is on using the BC efficiently.

Air Tank     :  These tanks are generally made up of steel and keep the dry air that divers breath underwater.

Mask :    As the purpose of the recreational diving is visual, the masks also have an importance among the diving equipments. They are the windows of the divers to the wonderful underwater world. The masks are generally made up of a silicone frame and a glass front. The divers have to choose the masks that exactly fit their faces with a wide view and a small inner volume. People with glasses can also buy masks that have numbered glasses.

Snorkel   :  Snorkels help divers to breath without taking their heads out of water on the surface.  Snorkels prevent the consumption of air on the surface and help dives to dive efficiently.

Regulator     :   Regulators are equipments that regulate the air pressure in air tanks and help divers to breath with a pressure that is balanced with the pressure of the dept they are diving.

Fins    :    Fins have an important role among diving equipment. Simply, fins are extensions of our feet that help us move easily underwater. Generally they are made up of rubber and similar materials.When choosing the most important point is to choose the exact size that fits our feet, to get the most out of our diving adventure and for not having any problems underwater.

Weight Belt    :  Weight belts are used to help divers to maintain neutral bouyancy underwater. They have various types that change with respect to diving suits that are used and  person who is using them.The most important thing when choosing a weight belt is to have one which can be opened easily with one hand
